Clay Riley Hassler is an award-winning writer, director, and producer of fiction and non-fiction feature films, music videos, and branded content. Clay was named a “Director To Watch” by Way Too Indie following the release of his debut feature film, HOMELESS. Aside from feature work, Clay loves to collaborate with labels, artists, and brands. His resume includes media and film campaigns for both Fortune 500 companies and local and national non-profits. Clay’s work has been written about and featured in The Wrap, Variety, RollingStone, IndieWIRE, Screen International, Christianity Today, The Fader, Cowboys & Indians, and Nashville Scene.
Clay is a graduate of The Florida State University College of Motion Picture Arts where he earned his MFA in writing and directing. He and his wife (and fellow producer), Tif, divide their time between their home in Nashville, TN, and NYC where they lead a creative collective and film content studio, Wet Paint.
